Technical Visits

Carefully designed by the organization, these technical visits invite you to share experiences in a truly authentic setting.

On June 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, participants will be invited to visit the Rocim Winery, Quinta do Quetzal, Vila de Frades village - and its traditional talhas wineries - and Quinta do Paral Wine Hotel, to explore the facilities and learn about their wine tourism services.

Departure time every day: Pousada Convento de Beja, at 4:30 P.M.

Return to Beja: around 08:00 P.M.

Max. participants: 150 persons (mandatory registration)

Herdade do Rocim

Is a renowned winery in Baixo Alentejo’s region, known for blending traditional winemaking techniques with modern innovation. It produces high-quality wines that reflect the local terroir, including both classic Alentejo styles and distinctive amphora wines inspired by ancient Roman methods.
