With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, she has represented the historical Grand Hotel Yerevan landmark at leading international tourism exhibitions, including ITB Berlin and World Travel Market, promoting the hotel and Armenia in the global travel market.

Since 2013, she has been serving as the Head of Marketing and Events Department at Grand Hotel Yerevan, overseeing the hotel’s marketing strategy, online reputation, and global digital presence.
