Co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Puerta del Lobo, a high-impact viticultural, wine tourism, and real estate development with presence in Mexico and Texas. He is also the promoter and former President of the Querétaro Wine Cluster.

He is the promoter of the Protected Geographical Indication of Querétaro wine and co-founder of the Altiplano Wine School. He serves as a board member of Universidad Anáhuac and other academic institutions. He is an active member of the Strategic Planning Council for Querétaro 2050.

An architect by training, he is an entrepreneur and real estate developer with more than four decades of experience. He is the founder and CEO of PROEXCO, TAME, Urbanización del Bajío, and GOYEN Inmobiliaria.
