Sandra Dourado, originally from Alvaiázere, moved to Alentejo to pursue her academic and professional career.

She holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Évora, a postgraduate qualification in Management from ISCTE, training in Management and Economics for SME Executives and Senior Managers, as well as a Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET I) certification.

She is the owner of Dourado Distribuição, Unip. Lda., a family business founded in 1984 by her parents, dedicated to the distribution of wines and beverages. Today, the company represents more than 110 producers in its portfolio, establishing itself as a reference in the promotion and dissemination of Alentejo wines.

Complementing this mission, Sandra Dourado is also the owner of Divinus Gourmet, an urban wine tourism space and reference wine shop located in the historic center of Évora, next to the Chapel of Bones. The space stands out for its selection of wines, gourmet and organic products of high quality, with special emphasis on regional Alentejo products, offering a distinctive experience for wine and gastronomy enthusiasts.
